This is Awesome!! It is Mysterious~ want to know what lies beyond those doors~ yet, many times, we are best to "shut the door" and move on! :O) Well-Said Description Linda... & Beautifully Created Image!
Linda Nielsen replied:
Once again your insight and thoughts on my work are so appreciated.....yes I agree in order to move on we have to "shut the door"....its a tough one at times but necessary. thanks again dear artistic lady!

Love the detail and character you were able to create within this. An aged door that can lead to where, who knows? Wonderful work! Michael

Oh and Odd your ducks are certainly not ugly ones but I understand why you said that.....in relations to my distant relative H. C. Andersen. :-)

I. too. am grateful we discovered each other's work... FAA is the best thing I've done this year... except ART (of course). I'm meeting so many warm and encouraging people... and you are one of the nicest. God bless you, Linda Kemp!

Amen! Another favorite on many, many levels.
Linda Nielsen replied:
Yes, Angela I agree it does offer many levels....I appreciate your depth in seeing it that way. Thanks for stopping by and I am grateful I found you here on FAA.

Thank you for your kind words about The Sixties photo. (As noted in my description, I changed the title)... I like this double door painting. I have always been intrigued by the unopened door, especiall those with arched frames (The sense of mystery....)
Linda Nielsen replied:
You are so welcomed Anne... and thankyou too for your comments....I appreciate it!
