Drawing - Graphitint Pencils On Paper
Description
I used a water soluble color tinted graphite pencil. The drawing was done from an old black and white photo of which I put in my own colors.
I gave the original of this piece to my sister-in-law as a birthday gift.

Linda,I always pick your females or animals! But not the men !! This of course is totally out of order! And has to be rectified! So I have chosen this wonderful Indian chief today, and how remarkeable is his expression.Weathered, wise, strong and intuitive. A great watercolour pencil painting with much fine detail. And I see that he sold without you knowing ! What a nice and very well deserved surprise! Many congrats ! v/f

Thanks so much dear Anne....the pencils I used were water soluable....after I sketched the picture I applied some water with a brush giving it a watercolor feel. Once again my thoughts and prayers are with you concerning the loss of your precious dog Happy.
