Description
My son was in China and sent me this photo.....my worst fears went through my mind....thinking everything from octupus attack to some kind of torture. I am now aware of this harmless procedure called cupping....glass heated cups were placed on his back causing a suction (like hickies) in order to draw stagnant blood to the surface. It is considered a classic deep tissue massage technique in reverse! He said the spots went away in a few weeks.

Very good photograph and example of a method used in ancient China...still used all over the world...I am familiar with this treatment and had this applied to me when I had a really bad cold/flu...it is clearing the meridians in the body...getting rid of toxins...and so on...very beneficial indeed...great photo!

Thanks so much for you comment dear Jolanta....yes since my son's experiencing I am becoming more aware of others (like yourself) who have had this ...maybe I will have it done one day too. :)

I know this kind of treatment, in so far it is not something astonishing to me, but I never saw such a good photo of it :-)

First, I thought it was a disease. Then, I say it is too symmetrical. I took a look by curiosity. I was glad. Thanks God it is only a temporary procedure! Very interesting though. Artistic... Yes!

wow..that would have scared the bewillies out of me...!! Love the title!
Linda Nielsen replied:
Yeah it almost did that to me Tyler...not the thing a parent wants to see when they are so far away from home....I grew instant gray hairs from that until he explained to me what it was.

I am grateful for my FAA angels that look out for me and each other.....thanks for the "heads up" and yes, Angela I would not our "good thing" messed up either.

There are several of these "yahoo" folks going around. Most of them have no biographies and no artwork... they even try to reach out by FAA email... please beware. We certainly don't want our "good thing" messed up by intruders with mixed up motives... I like the trust I've established with my fellow artists so please be vigilant...

Thanks Angela are you getting those too....I deleted one yesterday and saw another FAA member had one too.
